Tuisku Salonen
Tuisku Salonen is a social psychologist (M.Soc.Sc.) and researcher at VTT. Her research focuses on industrial transformation and the opportunities presented by artificial intelligence from the perspectives of employees, work practices, and organizational change. She has also explored AI ethics and responsible technology development.
Tuisku’s work is grounded in a human-centred, user-focused approach that emphasizes understanding people’s needs, experiences, and everyday practices in evolving work environments. In the TAIMI project, she investigates how AI-based solutions can contribute to a more inclusive and equitable working life, ensuring that technological innovation supports diverse users and workplace participation.
