Chia-Min Lai

Chia-Min works as a Project Employee in Work Package 4 of the TAIMI project, where her work focuses on scaling diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as a skillset within organizations.
She holds a double master’s degree in People Management and Organizational Development from Aalto University and International Business from the University of South Carolina. She has gained professional experience through internships in both public and private organizations in Finland and has conducted research on language, inclusion, and the employee experiences of non-Finnish speakers in Finnish organizations.
In her work, Chia-Min is particularly interested in understanding individual experiences and translating these insights into accessible and actionable knowledge for organizations and decision-makers. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, listening to podcasts and audiobooks (currently with a strong interest in history), discovering good food, and enjoying bubble tea.
