Sami Karadeniz
Sami Karadeniz (BSc, MA) is a psychologist and researcher at VTT. He has a multidisciplinary background that combines engineering, psychology, and organizational development. Prior to his current role, Sami worked as a clinician and consultant in the field of applied psychology.
Sami is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in leadership and organizational development at the Aalto University School of Business. His research focuses on human and organizational performance in safety-critical industries and is strongly guided by sociotechnical systems theory.
In the TAIMI project, Sami focuses in particular on the role of organizations in leveraging human-centered technologies to promote inclusivity and well-being in diverse work communities. His work aims to support organizations in developing systems and practices that strengthen both human performance and employee well-being in demanding operational environments.
